Essential Responsibilities:

1.Take a leadership role for assigned IT applications, work flows and databases of ERP and/or other IT systems, including process improvement, implementations, support, and administration, including leading regular user team meetings. Team members will collaboratively split workloads and specific process/technical responsibilities working with IT Management.

2.Take a leadership role in working with business units to facilitate scope of work definition and business justification for customer driven changes for the design and development of new and existing IT Systems.

3.Take a leadership and project management role, including system design/configuration and required set up for new and existing IT systems and processes. This includes scheduling facilitating of all tollgate activities, as well as post implementation reviews.

4.Take a leadership and participative role in the pre-implementation testing for all new systems and system changes.

5.Daily support of IT systems.Responsible to resolve outages as quickly as possible, as well as provide root cause analysis and permanent correction of system/workflow processing issues.

6.Monitor the performance of production systems, assuring they are operating as expected.

7.Regularly participate on IT cross functional activities contributing to and support IT production solutions. This work may often include working with IT support partners.

8.Develop and maintain planning and production process/procedure change documentation.

9.Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

Education & Experience:

1.Bachelor’s Degree with focus on computer science or equivalent

2.5-7 years of Project Management experience and work experience related to manufacturing ERP systems, Industrial Technologies, or other enterprise IT systems.

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Understands and is comfortable working with on premise and web-based applications, and a .Net development environment. Experience in systems develop and programming using Visual Studio and development languages like C#, C , SQL, Visual Basic, Agular etc. are a definite plus.
2. Demonstrated advanced interpersonal and written communication skills appropriate for use with IT partners, IT team members, IT customers.
3. Curious about how people and processes work.
4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to understand what the situation requires.
5. A leader and self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and seek help if needed but is also willing to pursue the unknown without fear.
