Essential Responsibilities:

1. Stretch per guidelines prior to start up.
2. Verify production processes and equipment set ups.
   1. Verify that set-up parameters are set correctly.
3. Perform and document corrective action.
   1. Use scrap data and statistical data to analyze the need for corrective action.
   2. Perform corrective action by using Sample Board, production data, process information sheets and working with Cell Leader and Quality Auditor.
4. Perform Design of Experiments (D.O.E) per established procedures.
5. Make sure all drops/parts that come loose or fall off the paint racks are scrapped.
6. Order supplies, including paint and solvents as needed.
   1. Verify inventory of supplies and determine when supplies need to be ordered.
   2. Work with suppliers to improve processes and incorporate new technologies.
   3. Monitor use of paint maintenance items and total maintenance system schedule and make any changes as needed.
7. Assist in taking inventory and in inventory controls as needed.
8. Train new Paint Set-Up personnel.
9. Mix and maintain paint and solvent supply.

Required Education & Experience:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
2. Ability to log in and use a computer for various responsibilities (vacation requests, required on-line classes, etc.)
3. Ability to pass a required defect class. (Online or Instructor taught)

3. Good manual dexterity.
4. Good visual acuity.
