Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks as outlined in the Apprenticeship document to meet established requirements.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with mechanical or electrical systems (preferred).

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Interested in becoming multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Desire to learn how to troubleshoot and repair automation systems and machinery.
• Able to respond well to feedback and develop high performance behaviors.
• Basic workshop/tool skills.
• Good communications skills at all levels. Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Experience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations or a willingness to learn and practice these.
• Keep others apprised of information that contributes to the performance of the team, department or company (Team player).
• Excellent customer facing skills / customer focus.
• Able to prioritize and be flexible in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to be trained and learn new skills.
• Must have flexibility in working hours and shift patterns to provide cover for operational requirements.
