ADAC Automotive Career Opportunities is Hiring an Assembly Jr. Process Tech - 3rd Shift Near Muskegon, MI

Record start and stop of jobs in Ultipro system .
Stretch per guidelines prior to start up.
Maintain and monitor assembly equipment during non-production.
1. Perform set up, verification, and preventative maintenance procedures for system start up.
2. Ensure first pieces and machines have been verified at shift start up.
Repair and modify assembly equipment.
1. Make and/or recommend improvements to assembly equipment to help with efficiency.
Work with complex systems.
1. Ability to work with styles of vision systems in your area.
2. Adjust tools to check for processing parameters for verification or start up issues.
3. Follow up with management, Senior Assembly Process Technicians, Process Technician or Controls Engineer with the reason for the changes to tools.
