Program and Roles Summary:The Quality Assurance and Compliance Coordinator will assist in monitoring client records and staff documentation to ensure compliance with funding, accrediting, and licensing body standards.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conducts regular reviews of recordkeeping and documentation,
• Conducts environmental reviews of community living sites.
• Monitor and track tasks associated to all things related to QA processes.
• Routine audits of case management.
• Off-site inspections of residential homes.
• Monitor, track, follow up on QA processes.
• Maintain current knowledge of rules and regulations.
