- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
- One (1) year experience in performing manual labor
- Valid Florida Driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance provider.
Essential Job Functions :
1. Loads and unloads heavy material from trucks. Moves equipment and large bulky objects.
2. Calculates loads, receives payments
3. Inputs data in computer
4. Performs custodial duties.
5. Regular attendance
6. Fairly physical position
7. Will assist public works in liter control as needed Future Employees for Sumter County Government are prohibited from having any tattoos that are above the t-shirt line and / or on the hands Future Employees for Sumter County Government are prohibited from using any source of tobacco products within the last 12 months (including but not limited to, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff, electronic cigarettes or chewing tobacco.
