Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to join our team. As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. Your role will involve analyzing project requirements, managing conflicts, and ensuring successful project outcomes
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements analysis to identify project objectives and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines
- Assist in project resource allocation and task assignment
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
- Provide support in conflict management and resolution
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for management review
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and records
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in using Confluence, Redmine, and Project Server software
- Excellent technical writing skills for creating project documentation
- Familiarity with product development and product management processes
