Acutec Precision Aerospace is proud to host intern classes every summer as part of our ASCEND Internship Program! In 2023 we hosted more than 20 interns from near and far including Notre Dame University, Penn State Behrend, Allegheny College, Penn Tech, Geneva College, and many others. We focus on your long-term success, partnering you with team members in departments that can assist you in reaching your goals as a student and professional.

If you are a motivated individual looking to work with an innovative, efficient operations team this opportunity is perfect for you. The Industrial Engineer intern will collaborate across the organization to assist with cell design optimization, plant flow, and individual work cells to minimize waste in alignment with Acutec’s part family strategy. If you are pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology, plastics engineering technology, electrical and computer engineering technology, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or manufacturing engineering technology this internship will be perfect for you to use your education to make an impact within an award-winning aerospace manufacturer.
