Job Description: As a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant at Acura of Valley Stream / Honda of Valley Stream, you will be the driving force behind providing an exceptional buying experience for our customers. From greeting customers and guiding them through vehicle selection to ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries post-purchase, you will play a pivotal role in our dealership's success.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting pre-owned vehicles tailored to their preferences and budget.
• Conduct informative test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
• Provide transparent information on pricing, financing options, and additional services.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster a positive buying experience.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, inventory, and dealership promotions to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
