Job Responsibilities

As an Auto Dealership Lot Attendant/Valet, you will be responsible for maintaining attractive indoor and outdoor vehicle displays for all new and used vehicles by performing the following duties:

• Verify receipt of new cars delivered to dealer and park cars in new car lot in orderly manner in assigned area according to model
• Inspect cars to detect damage and to verify presence of accessories listed on invoice, such as spare tire, audio equipment, etc.
• Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot
• Record description of damages and list missing items on delivery receipt
• Maintain the vehicle’s appearance and notify the manager if vehicle requires service
• Assign stock numbers to cars and catalogs and store keys
• Deliver sold cars to new car preparation department
• Maximize use of space and maintain lot in order
• Assist shuttle driver if needed
• Perform miscellaneous errands on behalf of dealership as requested

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of driving experience required
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Ability to follow both oral and written directions and instructions
• Ability to read roadmaps, and use GPS whenever necessary
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance
• Positive attitude demonstrating courtesy to all customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
