Acura of Highland Park is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our service department. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a smooth service process. Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their vehicle service requirements.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns and repair needs.
• Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of service and repairs.
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Upsell additional services and accessories that align with customer needs and Acura guidelines.
• Process service orders, including scheduling appointments, generating invoices, and collecting payments.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, service history, and warranty information.
