Acura of Highland Park is seeking an Upgrade Advisor/KBB Representative to join our sales team. As an Upgrade Advisor/KBB Representative, you will be the go-to expert for customers looking to trade in or upgrade their vehicles. If you have a passion for automobiles, strong negotiation skills, and enjoy helping customers make informed decisions, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers looking to trade in or upgrade their vehicles.
• Evaluate customers' current vehicles using Kelley Blue Book (KBB) and other valuation tools.
• Provide accurate and competitive trade-in offers to customers.
• Explain the trade-in process and answer customer questions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate vehicle upgrades.
• Build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Stay informed about the latest Acura models and features.
• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive sales or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, especially in a trade-in or upgrade role, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using valuation tools such as Kelley Blue Book.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
