Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in the construction industry, including as a construction superintendent or in a similar role
- Specific experience in commercial interiors build outs
- Experience in occupied, multiple tenant and/or open to the public construction environments a plus
- Proving ability to interpret construction drawings (all trades)
- Computer literate
- Must be bilingual: English and Spanish
- Able to work during extended hours and some weekends depending on client/job requirements
OSHA 30 Hr.
CPR / First Aid / AED Training.
Role:
- Oversee project from planning to completion to ensure a seamless closeout.
- Organize, lead, and monitor daily activities of entire project team (trade partners/subcontractors, vendors, laborers, etc.).
- Communicate effectively (written and oral) with team, trade partners/subcontractors, owners, architects, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
- Set up & facilitate job progress and safety meetings.
- Create, monitor and meet project schedules to prevent delays and/or cost overruns.
- Keep track of equipment and materials orders.
- Plan and carry-out inspections (all trades).
- Maintain a safe and clean job site.
- Procure job related materials and equipment.
