Superintendent - Restaurant/Retail Construction Position Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for developing and managing the construction, restaurant and hospitality projects, overseeing the completion of the projects and ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop construction, restaurant and hospitality projects according to the highest quality standards
• Lead and direct the construction team to ensure project completion in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Oversee and verify all work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Ensure that all project-related processes are executed efficiently
• Develop and enforce project plans and timelines
• Analyze and evaluate the project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Monitor and review project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Restaurant or Hospitality Management
• 5 years of experience in construction, restaurant and/or hospitality management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations
• Knowledge of entertainment and hospitality industries (nice to have)
