Acumatica is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to plan and execute customer marketing campaigns and programs that showcase and prioritize customer success.Success in this role requires developing an understanding of product positioning, sales process, customer perceptions and considerations, as well as the competitive landscape, and effectively leveraging this knowledge to inform and manage customer programs, reference requirements, messaging and content development.Responsibilities
  1. Customer Campaign Management:
    • Manage customer upsell and retention email campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals.
    • Optimize nurture campaigns to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Take a data-driven approach to align campaign messaging with recent account buying signals and the evolving ERP landscape.
  2. Customer Marketing Program Ownership:
    • Manage customer marketing programs from end-to-end, including planning, execution, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate and optimize customer programs.
    • Leverage customer voice assets to strengthen our brand image among prospects and existing customer base.
    • Provide and present regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  3. Direct Mail and Gifting Platform:
    • Manage our customer direct mail and gifting programs via Sendoso.
    • Organize and send welcome kits and customer gift catalogs.
  4. Webinar Management:
    • Project manage and moderate customer-facing webinars related to customer campaigns.
    • Ensure seamless execution and engaging content delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management or customer marketing management within a B2B software or services company.
  • A proven track record of success with end-to-end customer campaigns, including design, rollout, project management, and customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation, including building workflows and reporting dashboards (experience with HubSpot is a strong plus).
  • The ability to build, manage, and optimize marketing programs to achieve business objectives.
  • A passion for quickly learning tools to maximize adoption for successful campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling presentations and engage in public speaking.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as the entire MS Office suite, will be very important for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, including building reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with intent data and its uses.
  • Located in Bellevue, WA area.

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements. At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
