Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Office Coordinator position.

This position serves as front desk reception, supporting the Nurse Practitioner and primary care practice with daily administrative and clerical functions, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, faxing and scanning, responding to patient / resident needs, completing data entry, assisting with billing / claims processing / denials / rejections, communicating with Medicare and other insurances, collaborating with nursing staff to ensure smooth and efficient practice operations, and serving as the central point of contact for residents, families, staff, and others.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or Administrative Medical Assistant Certification is preferred
  • Minimum of three years' experience, preferably in a medical practice setting
