ActOne Group is Hiring a Quality Specialist Near CA, CA

Location : Gardena, CA

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 per year- (DOE)

Schedule : Flexible work hours, Full-Time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities :

Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Execution and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes within the quality control department.

Timely and accurate reporting of nonconformances, along with effective implementation of corrective actions.

Conducting thorough investigations into quality issues and deviations, identifying root causes, and proposing corrective and preventive actions.

Demonstrating exceptional writing skills for documentation, including reports, protocols, and procedures.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in one of the Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.).

Previous experience in the cosmetics / personal care industry is highly desirable.

Proficiency in GMPs and SOPs within a manufacturing or quality control environment.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for conducting investigations and problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to cosmetics / personal care products is a plus.
