Medical Device Sales Representative

**Must live in the greater Allentown, PA area.

Our client is a leader in medical devices and supplies and has been growing at a minimum of 35% annually for the last 5 years! They're looking for a motivated Medical Device Sales Representative to join their growing team to cover a territory in the Allentown, PA area and surrounding.

The Medical Device Sales role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the medical field selling to hospitals and surgery centers. Reps will also get hands-on experience working in the OR.

Our client provides exceptional training to develop both knowledge in the medical field and advanced selling skills, in addition to providing opportunities for promotion and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Generating new business through prospecting over the phone and in a territory in Alltentown, PA - we want HUNTERS!!
• Developing relationships with new clients - you'll be in daily contact with surgeons and nurses in the operating room
• Account implementation and management
• Develop a sales territory in a protected market
• Negotiate and close deals!

Compensation:

• $45-50K base salary (DOE) commission = $70-90K first year

Requirements:

• **Bachelor’s degree
• **Must live in the greater Allentown, PA area and have experience selling in the territory
• 2 - 5 years B2B outside sales hunting experience
• Great communication skills
