What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onboarding Specialist position at Naviron?
Naviron is pleased to partner with a fast-growing SaaS company that helps restoration companies run their business better, from operations to profitability. They're hiring an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through implementation, from initial setup through their first weeks live on the platform.
You'll configure the software to match or improve each customer's processes, coordinate their data migration, and train users of all technical backgrounds on how to work the platform into their day-to-day. The goal is a smooth, fast path to value for every customer you onboard.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in-office in Lehi, Utah.
This is a customer-facing SaaS onboarding role, not an HR or internal employee onboarding position. Candidates must have experience onboarding and training external customers on a software platform.
What you'll do:
- Enable customers to use the full product suite and configure their setup to match their unique business needs
- Manage a varying caseload of onboarding projects at different stages of the journey
- Lead weekly group training classes
- Coordinate data migration, including validation and documentation, to optimize outcomes
- Own customer communication through the entire onboarding experience
- Troubleshoot software issues, or loop in support when needed, and dig into root cause rather than just closing tickets
- Act as the primary liaison and customer advocate across sales, product, customer success, and support
- Update and improve customer-facing documentation, like help center articles and training videos
What you have:
- 2 years onboarding or implementation experience managing technical projects and building customer relationships
- Experience with B2B software configuration
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risk
- Basic understanding of data migration processes
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply, and to engage different learning styles and personality types in a training setting
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage high-profile accounts independently
- Strong process orientation and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Bonus points if you have:
- Pendo and HubSpot experience
- Restoration, construction, or field-services industry experience
Compensation:
- $60-65K base salary
- Full benefits & 401(k)
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
