What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onboarding Specialist position at Naviron?
Naviron is pleased to partner with a scrappy SaaS startup that offers a business management software to customers in the flooring and remodeling industry. They're growing quickly and looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to oversee the end-to-end onboarding process with new customers as they implement the software.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll manage data migration, integration, and train new users to set them up for success and ensure optimal setup and configuration based each customer’s unique business needs.
This is a customer-facing SaaS onboarding role, not an HR or internal employee onboarding position. Candidates must have experience onboarding and training external customers on a software platform.
What you'll do:
- Own customer communication through the onboarding experience.
- Coordinate data migration to optimize outcomes, ensuring proper data validation processes and documentation.
- Lead weekly group training classes and provide a positive customer experience while enabling customers to use the full suite of products and configuring their site to match their unique business needs.
- Manage a varying load of projects at different stages of the onboarding journey.
- Effectively identify root cause of issues during onboarding, and partner with support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Act as the primary liaison and customer advocate with internal teams for all customer projects, including sales, product, customer success, and support.
- Update and maintain customer-facing documentation such as help center articles and training videos.
What you have:
- 2 years’ experience managing technical projects and building customer relationships
- Experience with B2B software configuration & basic understanding of data migration processes
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Knowledge of different learning styles and ability to engage different personality types in trainings
- Independent, self-actuated self-starter with the ability to effectively and successfully manage high-profile accounts
- Process-oriented and strong organization skills
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
Compensation:
- $60-65K Base Salary (DOE)
- Full benefits & 401(k)
