Active Wellness is Hiring a Remote Patron Experience Expert

Job Title: Patron Experience Expert

Pay Transparency:$20-$25 per hour bonus

Role and Responsibilities

The Patron Experience Expert, 92nd Street Live,is responsible for overseeing administration, enrollment, and daily sales operations of 92NY's 92nd Street Live program, which is an initiative to bring 92NY's incredible digital events to senior living communities across the country. This program gives seniors and community partners the opportunity to experience our high-quality arts content through digital access to our on-stage 92NY events and build connections through multiple in-person and virtual touchpoints. This person actively engages new and prospective member senior living communities and develops innovative strategies with the marketing department, thereby assisting Active Wellness with communities' satisfaction and retention.

Specific Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Must be able to build positive professional relationships with a variety of current and potential clients including but not limited to hospital administrators, community activity directors, architects, property managers, corporate liaisons or commercial health club operators
  • Source and contact viable business leads through outbound sales prospecting methods.Identify correct decision-makers and influencers for each account; successfully obtain their contact information
  • Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with decision makers and necessary influencers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business drivers and goals and develop proposals.
  • Effectively articulate and present all products and solutions to meet prospect needs.
  • Ensuring prospect, account, contact, calendar, and client outreach information is accurately and timely entered into the company CRM
  • CRM account management must reflect and accurately represent all pertinent activity including scheduled meetings, account notes, and quotations.
  • Complete & submit required reports as may be requested by senior management or as a byproduct of regular sales forecasting upon request.
  • Ensure that all services are delivered on-time, within scope of agreement.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the market, researching, and analyzing sales options
  • Make contact, conduct needs analysis, and develop relationships with prospects in order to sell and deliver appropriate solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to member communities to ensure retention and engagement
  • Research and recommend new opportunities to member communities that will achieve profit and service improvements
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepare key reports through the collecting, analyzing, and summarizing of sales and participation data
  • Administer emergency care to members and guests in need of assistance
  • Work as a TEAM with all other departments
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Other Functions

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
  • Engage with prospective and enrolled member communities to respond to and to and address all questions and concerns, manage enrollments, and focus on ensuring the delivery of positive interactions
  • Develop and deliver a strategy for expanding the 92NY's reach to new markets by conducting recruitment events and working with the Marketing department to create targeted marketing collateral
  • Assist in the delivery of year on year revenue growth for 92NY through the development and implementation of successful sales strategies, value-add pricing initiatives, proactive outreach, and engagement events
  • Be knowledgeable about all programs and activities offered by Active Wellness
  • Assist with keeping the club well stocked and clean
  • Attend Active Wellness site meetings and training
  • Handle injury and illness and security incident reporting
Requirements:

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in sales related field or certificate from accredited 2-year program at a university preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google G Suite and able to use to various demographic and CRM software platforms (ESRI, Smartsheet, HubSpot and LinkedIn)
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and highly responsive with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sale and marketing skills, customer service skills, results oriented, and ability to multitask
  • AED/CPR/First Aid Certified
  • Proof of citizenship or legal status

Physical and Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work environment. Must have a physical work area that meets Active's telecommuting safe work requirements. Must be able to work 50% of weekly hours on site.

  • Cultural center environment

  • Must follow OSHA and Active Wellness safety standards
