Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in profit loss management, fleet management, shipping and receiving, transportation planning, warehouse supervision, materials management, process improvement, budgeting, and production planning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize warehouse processes to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee inventory control, shipping, receiving, and storage of products
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track warehouse performance
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
- Certification in warehouse management is a plus
