Workday Customer Base Sales Representative
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid or Remote)

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with existing Workday clients.
- Identify client needs and position consulting services effectively
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to create compelling sales collateral.
- Stay informed about Workday updates and industry trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required
- 3 years of experience selling additional Workday modules, managed services and system enhancements to existing Workday customers
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and Planning.
- Proven success in selling consulting services to enterprise clients, preferably in Workday.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task on several projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated
