Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid or Remote)

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain relationships with existing Workday clients.
Identify client needs and position consulting services effectively
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with the proposal team to create compelling sales collateral.
Stay informed about Workday updates and industry trends.
Act as a trusted advisor and provide exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required
3 years of experience selling additional Workday modules, managed services and system enhancements to existing Workday customers
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and Planning.
Proven success in selling consulting services to enterprise clients, preferably in Workday.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task on several projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Self-motivated
