Workday Customer Base Sales Executive

Location: USA [multiple positions available across the country]

Responsibilities:

The role of the Workday Customer Base Sales Representative entails the strategic promotion and sale of Workday's comprehensive suite of products and services to the established clientele of Workday. This position requires close collaboration with Workday customers to discern their unique requirements, subsequently offering tailored solutions to address their business needs. Furthermore, the sales executive is tasked with the responsibility of cultivating and expanding customer relationships, fostering enduring partnerships that contribute to mutual growth and success.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing Workday clients.
  • Identify client needs and position consulting services effectively.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the proposal team to create compelling sales collateral.
  • Stay informed about Workday updates and industry trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required.
  • Prior Workday experience is strongly preferred
  • 3 years of experience in any of the following: pre-sales, sales, business development or consulting in ERP Software (Workday, UKG, NetSuite, Oracle)
  • Ability to create product adoption roadmaps
  • Proven experience managing diverse relationships within the customer base and Workday sales organization
  • Familiarity with cloud-based system implementations, especially Workday Launch methodology (Preferred)
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, comfortable presenting to large or small group
