DescriptionThis position plays a high-impact role for Activate, supporting the growth and engagement of Activate’s core program: the Activate fellowship. Developing a strong and comprehensive set of on-line resources, supporting fellows to leverage those resources, and supporting staff to be up to date on fellow learning are all key to sustainable growth for our programmatic model. The Digital Learning Intern will be key in achieving these outcomes.
The Digital Learning Intern is responsible for supporting a range of core functions for the education team related to execution of our digital learning program and data analysis of the impact of our programs.

The Digital Learning Intern is responsible for supporting a range of core functions for the education team related to execution of our digital learning program and data analysis of the impact of our programs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support execution of Activate’s core education offering, Elements of Entrepreneurships, including tracking asynchronous content completion, attendance, breakout rooms, etc.
- Support building online resources, user guides, and tutorials in our learning management system (LMS)
- Analyze data and generate reports on learner performance, engagement, and feedback. Share reports to the larger fellowship team.
- Provide day-to-day support to the education team.
- Has Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communications, information systems, or a related field.
- Is detail-oriented and has strong organization and analytical skills, including experience in data and database management, analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Has familiarity with learning management systems
- Is learner experience obsessed and focuses on ensuring systems support seamless user experience.
- Has strong communication skills to ensure cross functional clarity on the resources, content, and set up of our resource hub.
- Is tech savvy and can train people with a wide range of skills on using technology.
- Enjoys heads-down solo work and is able to accomplish tasks independently.
- (nice to have) Is interested in innovation, clean energy, and other climate technology sectors (or is willing to learn).
