An international beverage trading company is currently searching for a motivated office administrator to join their facility in the Oakland NJ area.

The ideal candidate has an interest or knowledge in Japanese culture and language, good communication skill and comfortable with working in both warehouse and office environment.

Entry-level is welcomed, and Japanese fluency is NOT required but a plus. This is a direct-hire, full-time role

Office Administrator Responsibilities :

• Handle logistics operations (booking, scheduling, shipping management)
• Oversee the warehouse operation as needed
• Track and monitor shipments
• Be a liaison between different department (warehouse, export / import, sales, etc.) and facilitates the internal communication
• Visit clients to maintain good relationship
• Other duties as assigned

Office Administrator Include :

• High school diploma
• Japanese fluency is not required but plus (having an interest in Japanese would be greatly appreciated)
• 1 year or more of work experience in a office environment is a plus
• Knowledge of logistics / supply chain management is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration ability in a multicultural environment
• Organizational and time management skills
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts / equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.

You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
