**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various painting techniques and surfaces, including construction and auto painting. The role requires proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers

- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to achieve desired finish

- Mix and match paint colors to specifications

- Perform touch-ups and quality checks on completed work

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

**Requirements:**

- Experience with construction painting and auto painting

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Ability to weld, fabricate, and operate a crane if necessary

- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities

- Knowledge of materials handling and machining techniques
