Action Door is seeking a candidate to join our team as a service manager.

Action Door has become the leading company for garage door service and installations in Northeast Ohio. We have grown to over 70 employees, operate from 3 offices, and dispatch over 60 vehicles daily to serve all of Northeast Ohio!

We Are Busy! and currently hiring at our Brooklyn Hts. location.

Key Tasks or Requirements Include:

• Lead, train, and motivate team to achieve revenue goals while providing market leading customer satisfaction
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the right technician is assigned to the right job
• Provides project proposals and estimates to the customers
• Builds relationships with vendors, customers and subcontractors to ensure projects are performed successfully and within regulatory guidelines
• Assure timely billing for all projects and issue purchase orders when necessary
• Minimum of 3 years garage door experience
