Job Requirements

• Valid CNA, NA, HHA or PCA certificate
• Must be willing to provide care to memory loss patients
• Must pass criminal and sex offender background check and drug screen and good DMV record
• Must possess reliable transportation with insurance and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts
• Current CPR Certification
• TB Check is Required

If you have a valid CNA, NA, HHA, or PCA certificate and are willing to provide care to memory loss patients, we want to hear from you. We require all applicants to pass a criminal and sex offender background check, drug screen, and possess reliable transportation with insurance. Current CPR certification and a TB check are also required. If you do not have it currently you must have it within the first 30 days.
