Actfore is Hiring a Customer Success Associate Near Reston, VA

Actfore is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team. This is an onsite role and candidate must be willing to commute to office.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and relationships, through email and phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions under supervision.
- Collaborate with Principal PM's to improve customer experience.
- Learn about Actfore’s data mining solutions and their applications and workflow.
- Develop a basic understanding of data analytics to better serve customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent phone and web conferencing etiquette
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on written communication for email.
- Basic understanding of data mining and analytics.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment which may require working outside regular 9-5 weekday, weekends and holidays
