Actfore is Hiring a Customer Success Associate Near Reston, VA

We are an off-shoot of ActiveNav, a Data Governance software solutions provider with over 15 years of experience in providing off-the-shelf tools to address sensitive data and privacy requirements to clients around the world. As data experts with over 100 years of collective experience, we are a customer-centric company that does everything in our power to not only ease the impact of cyber-attacks but to do so in a way that exceeds our client’s expectations.

Actfore is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team. This is an onsite role and candidate must be willing to commute to office.

  • Assist in managing customer accounts and relationships, through email and phone.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions under supervision.
  • Collaborate with Principal PM's to improve customer experience.
  • Learn about Actfore’s data mining solutions and their applications and workflow.
  • Develop a basic understanding of data analytics to better serve customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent phone and web conferencing etiquette
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on written communication for email.
  • Basic understanding of data mining and analytics.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment which may require working outside regular 9-5 weekday, weekends and holidays
