  • Build research best practices in a collaborative way, actively working to up-level the standard of work of the research team.

  • Contribute to the efficient running of research ops, actively work to bring personal experience to improve the efficiency of the team.

  • Expert level experience leading research projects across teams and with different levels/types of stakeholders through an organization. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage needs across teams and different requirements.

  • Expert level experience applying a broad spectrum of qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies, frameworks and best practices; such as surveys, user interviews, usability testing, JTBD, field studies, etc.; with a demonstrated ability to flex between guerilla and formal methods as needed.

  • Experience with mixed method studies as well as data analysis to uncover user insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to support an organization in thinking through the end-to-end user journey, providing support in the exploration and documentation of individual journey mapping.

  • Ability to manage a research budget. Experience determining tooling that balances team and budget needs.

  • You care about progressive causes and politics and want to spend your time making a meaningful impact by doing what you do best.

  • You have a solid understanding of the tools of the trade, but you aren't afraid to dive in to expand your understanding, whether it's technical architecture, obscure campaign finance regulations, or political jargon – and you're comfortable asking questions to fill in gaps in your knowledge.
