Must Have:

• Experience within commercial fire sprinkler systems working within steel piping
• Preferable experience from large commercial projects including warehouses, cold storage facilities, data centers, industrial projects

Description:

- Technician will be changing valves, fire pumps, changing heads, work on piping, also hanging empty pipe, have to drain down systems, get things repaired

- Service technicians do require to be on-call, there is a rotation

- Technician will be running their own sites and will have to trace out a system and know how to shut the water down. No maximum amount of years. Will be carrying heavy materials

- Technician will be running a pipe cutter, pipe threader, it is a machine. If plastic guy, they will be using hand cutters.

- Very occasional travel to Florida. If work is really slow they can go to other sites in Florida and even take their families with them for about a week if they want.
