Our client is currently seeking an experienced Sr Project Superintendent with Commercial background for the Sanford, FL area. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and daily supervision of all job site field personnel on assigned projects. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School diploma.

15 years’ experience preferred supervising K-12 or High Education work experience.

Appropriate supervisory experience.

Fifteen (15) years Commercial construction-related experience.

Presentation experience.

Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.

Knowledge of Project Management Software (PMIS).

Valid Driver License and ability to commute to job sites.
