Description:
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that the quality standards for raw and packs, the manufacturing process, finished foods and holds management are maintained on their respective shift by sampling, monitoring and auditing each of these areas.
- Performs in plant sampling, testing, and auditing
- Collect samples for materials analysis and the evaluation of holds
- Monitor quality and food safety control points and make corrective actions to the process if needed
- Edit and update check sheets and SOP's
- Monitor, respond and escalate quality issues
- Enter material and finished product holds into QA Notify e-mails
- Design and deliver training in all areas of quality to shift associates
