Description:
Actalent is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to support a role with a leader in the C4ISR Solutions field. They possess a state of the art manufacturing facility that goes through design, engineering and manufacturing. The role will be assuring the quality of cutting-edge technology to deliver to their clients.
Responsibilities:
-Formulating and Managing the development and implementation of goals, objectives, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA
-Managing and maintain the quality aspects of the Design Control Program including but not limited to design input and output docu. , V&V, and Reviews
-Maintenance of company QM System, ISO 9001, AS9100, and CMMI Certs
-Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action
-Managing Quality Documentation
-Implement Audits to ensure Quality
-Manages In Process and FInal Inspections of Products
-Recommends Policies to Improve Standards
Skills & Qualifications:
-5 or more Years as a Quality Engineering Manager with Bachelor's Degree. 4 More Years in Lieu of Degree
-Strong Knowledge and Experience with QMS
-Knowledge of Inspection Techniques, Soldering Standards and Electronics Manufacturing Quality Standards
