Description:
- Manage heavy civil projects in/around Westchester county
- create and prepare project plan detailing steps required for completing project on time and within budget
- negotiate price/terms with vendors/subs
- manage project progression, subcontractors, vendors, and project team
- review and submit rfi's, submittals
- track construction delays
- submit monthly quantity billing and reports
- manage change orders
- revise and adjust initial schedule and account for unforeseen delays
