Overview:
Qualified candidates hold a degree in architecture from an accredited university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination. The ideal candidate is familiar with all phases of design, construction documentation, and construction observation. Candidates must be proficient in Revit with the ability to produce construction documents. Presentation skills including 3D Renderings and walk through animation are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for high quality healthcare projects
- Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
- Prepare renderings and documentation for client presentation
Qualifications
- Healthcare project experience or relatable commercial projects
- Core & Shell / Base Building Experience
- 5 years of professional experience
- Bachelors in Architecture or Interior Design at a minimum
- Ability to obtain License or NCIDQ, and a plan on doing so in the near future
- Revit Proficiency
