Position Details :

Job Title : Medical Assistants

Location : Poughkeepsie,

Fishkill, Kingston, Brewster, Katonah, Mount Kisco, Cortland Manor, Carmel,

Jefferson Valley, Yorktown, Rhinebeck, Briarcliff

Job Type : Fulltime

Shifts : Monday-Friday

8am-pm

Responsibilities :

Perform measuring and

recording of patient's vital signs including height, weight, blood pressure & pulse

• Record patient information and reason for visit in EMR system
• Perform certain diagnostic tests such as EKG and assist physician with certain medical procedures, as needed
• Prepare patient records prior to visit by ensuring that required lab results and documentation are entered in the medical record for practitioner review

Requirements :

Experience with taking Vital Signs including manual blood pressure
