Description:

Responsible for introducing technical improvement initiatives

ME candidate must be familiar with general shop safety practices, creating and updating shop travelers, work instructions, operation sheets, tool orders, BOM’s and change management documents.

ME candidate should have previous experience with the following: Metallic machining

Responsible for the implementation of tooling and or production planning, from original concept through to production. ME’s design these processes with a high degree of process capability utilizing the client's standard Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) tool suite.

ME’s deliver measurable, metrics driven results in line with Operational goals.

Maintain positive, team relationships with internal and external customers, as well as co-workers

Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean initiatives and optimized flow

Develop technical solutions to complex problems.

Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformances.
