- Experience: Externship ? There is an expectation to learn fast and work in a fast paced environment / mix and match experience levels (Hospital experience) // Geriatric patient experience will be helpful

Best candidate would have at least one year of active phlebotomy experience though more experienced candidates are ideal.
- when the temps attend week 2 of our training program to learn our entering and processing procedures, that week is a 40 hour work week. That being, our part time employees are expected to attend as full time employees for that week alone. The training locations are in Wildomar, Tustin, and Los Angeles and Labcorp does accommodate a hotel if required. Just wanted to provide that information to make the process as easy as possible.

Responsible for entering orders, calling doctor offices, drawing blood on all ages, processing & shipping specimen, cleaning
& restocking, data entry, and confirming patients information. This is a very busy site
Disqualifiers: Lack of experience – is not open to float
- How many draws are required daily? – around 120 a day
- What is the work environment? Patient service center
- How long is the worker expected to stand? – 50%
- Are there any specialties? (Pediatric, geriatric) – both preferred
- Will this person work with a team or alone? – work with another phlebotomist
- How many weeks of training is required at the start of this role? – 2week training
