Description:

In this role, individuals will be troubleshooting -access controls and locking mechanisms, air flow, lighting controls, HVAC, plumbing.

Service Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on all products according to specifications and predetermined schedule.
• Provide warranty service and support on all products according to specifications.
• Provide emergency service and support on all products according to specifications.
• Review system installations and begin system commissioning.
• Travel M-F overnight as needed (up to 85%)

Skills:

Troubleshooting, Field service, Mechanical, Electrical, Hvac, Repair, Maintenance technician

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of field service experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience reading blue prints
• Minimum 2 years working around HVAC or plumbing experience
