Actalent is currently hiring a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in science for an entry level Laboratory Technician role in Northwest Houston!

Job Description and Responsibilities:

The Lab Technician will be an integral part of the Manufacturing team and will be responsible for sample generation, preparation, and data analysis as well as for supporting production processes.

• Oversee test results for of all of the finished products according to specifications and relevant procedures
• Conduct test results for raw materials according to specifications and relevant procedures
• Perform analyses for in-process and release samples according to specifications and relevant procedures
• Investigate and interpret data to determine if the reported data meets specifications or expected outcomes
• Prepare documents enabling the traceability of results obtained in laboratory experiments
• Maintain equipment maintenance, calibration and all equipment validation activities with the QC areas.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any science related field.
• Detail oriented and coachable
