Description:

• Assist in creating assemblies for surface mount and mixed technology printed circuit boards
• Place components on boards and draw documentation and quality guidelines
• Maintain equipment with the goal of quality, efficiency and productivity to ensure that the assemblies are up to compliance and working standards
• Inspect and perform manual placement of printed components
• Provide understanding of defect identification in accordance with workmanship standard and class

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Ability to read and interpret measurements, blueprints, drawings, specifications, job orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and small print for assemblies
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Have a go-getter attitude and be hungry to work
• Understand the use and application of different types of solder paste, hand tools (including calipers), instruments and load plans
• Troubleshoot and correct mechanical problems
• Attention to detail
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
