Description:

This position will support a Manufacturing Engineering Team who does all shift support. 85-90% of role will be on floor supporting equipment problems and breakdowns. Will involve working closely with UAW skilled members to coach, support, and troubleshoot issues. Remainder of time will be used to improve processes on equipment and robots. Work any shift as needed in a rotating shift environment. Currently working 5x8 hour shift but team rotates to different shift every 19 weeks.

Skills:

• Automation experience
• PLC programming - Allen-Bradley
• Robotics - Fanuc

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering related field
• Strong Allen Bradley programming/troubleshooting
• Ability to coach others
