Description:

This engineer will be working within the ceramics group. They will use Solidworks and AutoCAD daily to design industrial pollution equipment. this role is 98% behind the desk however they can go out on the floor to see their designs in action if they would like. A lot of what they do is copy and paste to edit however drawing from scratch may be necessary for smaller changes.

This company Corporation designs, builds and installs industrial pollution equipment. They manufacture pollution solutions- scrubbers, dust collectors, anodizing equipment etc.

For example: they make a ceramic filter for companies that make glass drinkware or windshields, etc. When a company makes things out of glass it creates a fine dust so this ceramic filter will clean that dust out. They make exhaust filters as well for trains and large transportation boats.

Biggest customers: FritoLay (They checked the red powder put on Doritos chips to see if they could collect it and now a big project they are doing is putting wet dust collectors in all Dorito Facilities), Owens industrial, automotive manufacturers, Kellogg's, food manufacturing places, anyone that makes micro chip, OI, and lightyear.

Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• Experience designing with Solidworks and AutoCAD

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience in Steel Structural or Large Equipment design
• Experience in Plant Layout design
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Experience working with large assemblies
