Description:
High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years’ experience in the following:
o Electrical Instrumentation and calibration.
o PLC programming and troubleshooting of programs
o Electrical and PLC documentation reading and writing.
o Safe working knowledge related to electrical and mechanical activities
o Computer Applications knowledge for Word, spreadsheets, and charting.
o Training in electrical, electronics and programmable logic controllers.
o Experience variable frequency drives and motion control.
o Analog and digital circuitry.
Skills:
Troubleshooting, Electrical, Allen-bradley, Plc programming, Automation, analog/digital, instrumentation, i&c
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications from an accredited program in Electronics, Industrial Power, Robotics, and / or Automation
• Specific, in depth technical knowledge and expertise with Tetra Pak and/or Stork Aseptic filling equipment
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical operation and optimization of Food Process and Packaging systems.
• Experience in Aseptic Processing and Packaging Systems.
• Beckhoff Automation PLC and HMI experience
• Robotics working knowledge (i.e. Fanuc)
• Demonstrated experience in vision inspection systems (Cognex, Keyence, etc.)
• AutoCAD software experience.
• Knowledge of FDA Rules and Regulations
