Actalent is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Eagan, MN

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in the Twin Cities. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction personnel to ensure work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.

- Prepare and present regular project reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.

- Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are achieved.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise.

- Utilize project management software and tools to track and report on project status and performance.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of [5-10] years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.).

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
