Description:
Client is seeking an entry level construction assistant project manager/ project engineer.
- Open to someone with 0-3 years of experience, or new graduate with either a 2 year or 4 year degree in construction management or engineering.
- This individual will be working onsite in and out of the trailer helping out the Superintendent and PM Team.
- Most work is renovations and ground ups with SUNY schools
- Will oversee project schedules, procurement, submittals, RFI’s, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Qualifications (ideally, but willing to look at green entry level candidates)
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge in project scheduling and cost control software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations
• Experience in procurement and subcontractor coordination
