Description:

We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Super to join their team and work on a slate of projects that includes work at Banner Medical, Mayo Clinic, and various commercial projects in the valley. This position is open due to recent projects won with Banner Medical and the Mayo Clinic for interior TI's.

Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience.

Job Description and Qualifications:

1. Reading engineering drawings

2. Ability to assist with scheduling of subcontractors and the oversight of subcontractors

3. Ensuring construction site is clean and clear debris

4. Assist in the field where needed and work alongside subcontractors

5. Complete check lists for construction sites - will need strong attention to detail here

6. Provide reliable communication and always notifying team where they are spending their time

Skills:

blueprint reading, scheduling coordinating, construction site safety, Manage subcontractors

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in medical/clean room projects

Experience in Commercial/tenant improvement projects

Have worked for a GC previously

Proficiency in reading engineering drawings

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in Bluebeam

Disqualifiers:

Candidates with only residential/multifamily experience

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
