Description:

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, faxes, and other inquiries from clients and others.
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or fax as appropriate.
• Effectively communicate testing procedures to direct consumer customers.
• Sell testing services over the phone, including entering client information in the system
• Process credit card transactions from clients over the phone.
• Schedule party's DNA Collection appointments at Labcorp patient service centers, hospitals, clinics, and other facilities.

Additional Qualifications:

High School Diploma/ GED

1 year of previous customer service experience.
