Our successful, employee-owned Arkansas sign manufacturing and installation/service company is searching for a motivated, loyal, and team-oriented Site Manager for our growing business and team. The applicant must be professional and be able to keep a productive and engaged team environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Determine business direction based on empirical data and market direction
•  Determine needs and hire necessary personnel
•  Policy creation, revision, and enforcement
•  Administration duties of the business (fees, registrations, etc.)
•  Answer questions, fill gaps, motivate personnel
•  Coordinate the efforts of all portions of business
•  Resolve intermittent problems
•  Physical presence that calms and encourages and gives accountability
•  Management of all site personnel
•  Assist in setting yearly budget for business unit

• Ability to multi-task and set priorities with consistent follow-through.
• Professional in demeanor and a true team player.
• Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Based on experience.
